What items can I donate

Please help make a difference by donating;

  • Ladies, Men’s and Children’s clothes
  • Bedding and household linen
  • Bath and hand towels
  • Belts and handbags
  • Paired shoes and footwear
  • Soft toys and unwanted gifts
  • Jewellery and accessories

Unfortunately we do not collect books, CD’s, DVD’s, bric-a-Brac, furniture, electrical items.

When do you collect

When our collection teams are collecting in your area they will post a charity bag and collect 2/3 days after the bag is posted.  The collection day will be on the bag you receive.

We would only be collecting in an area where a bag has been posted in the last 3 days.

If you have had a charity bag longer than 3 days please wait for a new bag to be delivered as our teams do not collect on a weekly basis. 

I would like to arrange a collection

If you would like to arrange a collection but have not received a bag recently please contact us at info@audosta.co.uk and we will try our best to arrange a collection for you.

What time do you collect

Our collection teams collect between 8.00am & 6.00pm Monday – Friday.  Please leave your bag outside visible from the road at 8.00am on the day of your collection. 

If your donation bag has not been collected by 6.00pm please bring the bag inside, contact us at info@audosta.co.uk and we will try our best to re-arrange your collection.

I would like to donate more than 1 bag

We can take as many bags as you would like to donate.

You are welcome to use plain bin liners for any additional items you may wish to donate and leave them out alongside the charity bag on your day of collection.

Please label the additional bags clearly to make the collection team aware they are for donation.

I do not want to leave the charity bag outside

If you have a large collection or in the event of wet weather we are able to ask the collection driver to knock your door on your collection day.

If you would like to request this please contact us at info@audosta.co.uk to arrange.  Please give as much notice as possible to ensure details are relayed to our collection team in time for your collection day.

Can I donate if I haven’t received a charity bag

Our collection teams cover most areas in England, Wales and Scotland.    

If you would like to arrange a collection but have not received a bag recently please contact us at info@audosta.co.uk and we will try our best to arrange a collection for you.

My bag has not been collected

We sincerely apologise if your bag has been missed.  Please forward your address including the postcode to info@audosta.co.uk and we will try our best to re-arrange a collection for you.

I do not wish to receive charity bags

We can add your details to our exclude list if you do not wish to receive bags from us and advise the distribution team in your area not to post any further charity bags.

We would need your address details to do this.  Please forward your address including the postcode to info@audosta.co.uk .
